Acceptance of Terms

Argonous is operated by HYPERSAGI LTD. By engaging Argonous you agree to these Terms of Service along with any statements of work or proposals that reference them.

Engagement Scope

Project deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities are defined in mutually approved statements of work.

• Changes in scope will be documented and may adjust project estimates or delivery schedules
• We collaborate asynchronously across time zones while maintaining agreed communication cadences
• Client stakeholders provide timely feedback, access, and approvals to keep milestones on track

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, clients receive ownership of final deliverables upon completion and full payment.

• Argonous retains the right to reuse non-client-specific tools, methods, templates, frameworks, and background IP developed prior to or outside the engagement
• Pre-existing materials contributed by either party remain the property of the contributing party
• We may reference anonymized outcomes in case studies with your consent

Payment & Invoicing

Invoices follow the schedule defined in the statement of work. Payments are due within 14 days unless stated otherwise.

• Late payments may pause active work and incur finance charges as permitted by law
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added where required
• Retainers for ongoing engagements are invoiced at the beginning of the billing period

Confidentiality & Security

Both parties agree to safeguard confidential information using reasonable security controls and to use it only for the purposes of the engagement.

Website, Contact & Scheduling

Website enquiries, email acknowledgements, and scheduling workflows are provided for business development and engagement coordination.

• Contact form submissions may be sent to Argonous by server-side email and may trigger an automatic acknowledgement email
• Fit calls may be scheduled through the owned Cal.diy scheduler and related email systems
• Website and server logs may be retained for security, abuse prevention, diagnostics, and service reliability

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
